Go to your account page and click the "Rewards" text in the righ side of the screen. A small pop up will appear and you can see how many points you have, rewards, and other options for you to earn more points. If you’ve got enough points, you can exchange them for a reward which you can use straight away (don’t worry if you’d rather save it for later – we’ll send you a confirmation email with the coupon code inside as well).
Shop in our online store as you normally would, then enter your code in the Discount field when you get to the checkout. Restriction: Our website only allows one coupon code per order.
Every account in our online store has a unique referral link, which can be found by clicking the Loesch Rewards Program button on your account page. Share that link with your friend, and they’ll get a 25% discount on their first order, and you’ll get 2000 Rewards points which you can exchange for $20 reward, once they place an order using the referral link.
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your Account, you should contact Loesch Customer Service at sales@loeschlab.com and provide your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within ten (10) days after the alleged purchase or action took place. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to an account.
Your account under Loesch Rewards may be revoked by Loesch Laboratory Consultants Inc., in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms, misrepresentation or conduct that may be detrimental to Loesch or our interest may result in the revocation of your rewards account and make you ineligible for further participation in the program. If, in Loesch’s sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.
Yes. Loesch Laboratory Consultant Inc. may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Program, or any aspect or feature of the Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.
If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Program, you may cancel your rewards account at any time by contacting Loesch Customer Service at sales@loeschlab.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.
